Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Xeventure IT Solutions, Sultan Bathery, Kerala, India (“we”), for the use of MapPitch at mappitch.com and app.mappitch.com. By creating an account or using MapPitch you accept them.

The service

MapPitch helps you find local businesses on Google Maps, research them, and contact them on WhatsApp and email. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use MapPitch for a business.
  • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and email inbox, and you must have the right to use them.

Acceptable use

You agree to send only honest, relevant business messages, and not to:

  • send bulk unsolicited messages, mislead people about who you are, or ignore an opt-out;
  • contact individuals for personal (non-business) purposes, or contact anyone in breach of local law, including India's IT Act and DPDP Act, UAE law, and the UK and EU GDPR;
  • break the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, or Google Maps Platform terms;
  • try to get around sending limits, resell access, or interfere with the service.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, or whose sending puts other customers or our access to Meta or Google at risk.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus GST where it applies. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account and are not included in our price. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Your data

You own the data you bring and the messages you send. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact the businesses you choose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MapPitch running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google and Claude can change or stop, which may affect features. We may update MapPitch and these terms; we will tell you about significant changes in advance.

Liability

MapPitch is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business, or the results of messages you choose to send, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction.
